Fireart Studio is on the lookout for a passionate and motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team!
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire high-quality B2B leads in the software development space.
- Identify and research target markets, ideal customer profiles, and key decision-makers.
- Use various lead generation techniques, including email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting and paid campaigns.
- Manage and optimize lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, HubSpot, etc.).
- Build and maintain prospect databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Qualify leads through initial outreach, ensuring a seamless handoff to the sales team.
- Analyze lead generation performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation activities with broader campaign efforts.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging lead generation techniques.
Must have
- 4+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the IT services or software development industry.
- Proven track record of generating high-quality leads and meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Strong knowledge of outbound sales techniques, prospecting tools, and CRM systems.
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email automation strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing lead generation campaigns.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and their impact on lead generation is a plus.
